Brow Lift, Temple Lift

Brow lift surgery is known by many names such as almond eye surgery, cat eye surgery, bella eyes, fox eyes etc. The main thing here is to raise the outer 1/3 of the eyebrow together with the outer edge of the eye. In this group of surgeries, access can be made only from the upper eyelid with local anesthesia, and there are also types that are made with an incision of approximately 2 cm from the temple. The distinction here can be roughly made as follows:
If only the upper eyelid and outer eye line are to be raised, the procedure is terminated with an incision only from the eyelid. If the entire eyebrow and middle face is to be raised, an incision made from the temple should be used. The entire brow and mid-face lift can be performed by open surgery or endoscopically.

The surgery can be performed under local or general anesthesia and takes an average of 0.5 to 1.5 hours depending on the procedure to be performed. After the operation, bandage and cold application can be applied to the face. Edema may take a long time in the temple entry method. Bruising is not expected.
